Your Frost Silver arrives in a vacuum-sealed pouch with its natural crystal frost finish fully visible. This seal is not just for presentation — it protects the fragile crystalline structure formed during our High Altitude Frost Cast™ process.

⚠️ Do not break the vacuum seal unless absolutely necessary. Once opened, the surface is vulnerable to wear and abrasion.

• DO NOT polish — the frost finish is extremely delicate and can be permanently damaged by rubbing or chemical cleaners.
• Handle with gloves or by the edges to preserve surface detail.
• Display sealed or in a soft pouch (included) to protect the finish.

If your bar arrives without visible frost texture, please take a photo of the item still sealed in the original vacuum pouch under natural sunlight. Then, open a support ticket via the app or our website. We’ll gladly issue a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
